Phone or text (604) 632-4959, or write to Ali@Sedighi.ca, and include a photo or two if you can. You'll reach a senior strategist, not a call centre. The studio keeps Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific hours. We usually reply within one business day, often sooner for texts. There is no form to fill in and no booking system: just call, text or email, whichever suits you.

What happens next

  1. Tell us the basics

Business, city, website and the problem to solve.

  2. We review it

We look at your site and local search results first.

  3. We talk it through

A senior strategist calls you back with specifics.

Three ways to reach us

Call (604) 632-4959. Best if you want to talk the problem through right away. If we're on another call, leave your name, business and city, and we'll call back.

Text (604) 632-4959. Best if you're on a job site and want to send a few photos between tasks. Texting a picture of your van and your business card is a perfectly good first message.

Email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Best if you have several files, a brand document from a previous designer, or quotes from a wrap shop you want a second opinion on.

All three reach the same people. Use whichever is easiest; you won't be treated differently.

What to include in your first message

The more we can see, the more useful our first reply will be. Send what you have:

  1. Your business name, trade and city. For example, plumbing and drain in your town, or roofing across a region.
  2. Photos of your vehicles, one from each side if possible. Note the make and model.
  3. Photos of your crew's workwear, front and back.
  4. Your current logo file, in whatever format you have, even a screenshot.
  5. Any signs, door hangers or quote documents you use now.
  6. Your website and Google Business Profile links.
  7. What prompted the message: new trucks arriving, a name change, hiring, or just being tired of looking smaller than you are.

A simple template you can copy:

Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name], a [trade] company in [City]. We have [number] vehicles and [number] crew. I'm looking at [new wraps / a logo refresh / uniforms / print / video]. Photos attached. Our website is [web address].

What happens next

  1. We reply. Usually within one business day, with first impressions and any questions.
  2. Free consultation. A short conversation, by phone or video if you prefer, about what customers see today, what to change first and what to leave alone.
  3. A written plan. Priorities in order, what's included in the plan we'd suggest, and what you'll need to budget separately for production such as vinyl, garments and print.

Nothing starts until you've agreed to it in writing. Plans are month to month, so there's no long-term commitment. See pricing for the published plans.

Before you get in touch

A few things worth knowing:

  • We don't install, print or sew. We design and specify, then help you brief local suppliers. We are not a contractor and don't do any trade work.
  • We don't give legal advice. If your question is about whether you can use a name or register a trademark, the Canadian Intellectual Property Office and a lawyer or registered trademark agent are the right people. Our naming guide lists questions to bring them.
  • We work everywhere in Canada. See the areas we serve for regional details.

If you're comparing studios

That's sensible. Ask each one to show work on real vehicles and garments, explain who owns the files, and separate design fees from production costs. We're happy to answer the same questions.

Your information

We use what you send only to reply to you and to plan your project. We don't add you to any list or send marketing you didn't ask for. Photos of your vehicles and crew are used for design work, never published without your permission.

Frequently asked questions

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. The initial consultation is free for eligible trades businesses and comes with no obligation. It's separate from our paid plans.

Can I just text photos?

Yes. Texting photos of your vehicles and signs is often the quickest way to start. For larger files or a lot of images, email works better.

What are your hours?

Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. Messages that arrive outside those hours are answered on the next business day.

Will I be put on a mailing list?

No. We only reply to people who contact us first, and we only send what relates to your enquiry.
