Prices are in Canadian dollars, sales tax is added by province (5% GST in the West and North, 13–15% HST in Ontario and Atlantic Canada, GST and QST in Quebec), and there is no long-term contract. The plans
| Plan | Month to month | Billed annually | What it is |
|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | $1,999/month | $1,499/month | The core marketing plan; studio work here typically means tidying and applying your identity |
| Elite | $3,999/month | $2,999/month | More channels and more creative capacity; Trades.Agency website design packages come at half price |
| Enterprise | $7,999/month | $5,999/month | Your own dedicated team with priority support; a website design and build of any package is included free |
Plans are month to month, with 30 days' notice to cancel, and annual commitments earn the lower rate. The Trades.Agency pricing page is the authoritative, current version of these plans.
How studio work fits a plan
Creative work is most useful when it is connected to the marketing that shows it to people. A new logo needs to reach your Google profile and website; a wrap needs a tracking number and a landing page; video needs somewhere to be published. That is why studio projects run inside a plan rather than as isolated design jobs.
In the free consultation we look at your current brand and tell you which creative pieces we'd prioritise in your first months, and which plan fits that scope. If the honest answer is that you only need one small fix, we'll tell you that too.
What drives the cost of creative work
The plan fee covers our time. Your total spend on brand also includes production, which you pay to suppliers. Both are driven by a few factors:
- How much has to change. Cleaning up an existing logo is far less work than a new name and identity.
- Number of vehicle models. One cargo van is one template. A pickup, two van sizes and a box truck are four layouts.
- Number of garments and placements. Each garment type needs its own placement and size spec.
- Number of print pieces. A set designed together costs less per piece than items designed one at a time.
- Video volume. Four edited clips a month is a different workload from twelve.
- Decision speed. Projects with one decision-maker finish faster than those run by committee.
A worked budget example
Here is how one owner might think about a first year. Treat the production figures as placeholders: replace them with real quotes from your own installer, printer and decorator.
- Design and marketing: Elite plan on annual billing at $2,999 a month, or $35,988 for the year, plus GST/HST.
- Production you buy directly: say four vans with partial graphics, crew apparel for six people, and yard signs and magnets. Get three quotes for each from local shops, using the same specification we prepare.
Then test the payback. If your average job is worth $1,200 and the fleet and print pieces together bring in eight tracked calls a month, of which four become work, that's roughly $57,600 a year in revenue traceable to visible branding. Your margin, not your revenue, is what has to cover the cost, so run the numbers with your own margin before deciding. The rebrand budget guide has a fuller worksheet.
How to choose a plan
- Growth suits an established company that needs its identity tidied and applied, plus steady core marketing.
- Elite suits a company with a fleet, a crew and a website that also needs work, because of the website design discount.
- Enterprise suits multi-location or fast-growing companies that want a dedicated team and a full website build included.

Frequently asked questions
Can I pay for a logo or one wrap design on its own?
Ask us. Studio work is normally delivered inside a monthly plan, alongside the marketing that puts it to use. If you only need a single defined piece, we'll tell you after the free consultation whether a plan makes sense or how else it could be scoped.
Do your prices include printing, vinyl or garments?
No. Our fees cover strategy, design, files and supplier briefs. Printing, wrap materials and installation, and apparel are paid directly to the suppliers you choose.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Plans are month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Annual billing lowers the monthly rate if you want to commit.
Do prices include sales tax?
No. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and the studio adds GST or HST for your province, or GST and QST in Quebec.
What does the free consultation cover?
A 30-minute conversation for eligible trades businesses, separate from the paid plans. We look at what customers see today and suggest what to fix first.
